The Law Firm of Kushinsky, Dotoli & Gans is a boutique law firm located in Toms River, New Jersey focusing on the practice of workers' compensation law, social security disability and personal injury. In 1929 the firm was founded by Albert Kushinsky in the heart of downtown Toms River. Albert Kushinsky was later joined in his practice by his son, Richard Kushinsky, and the firm was renamed Kushinsky & Kushinsky. Burton Gans joined the firm soon thereafter, and the firm became known as Kushinsky, Kushinsky & Gans. Working together, the firm built a successful general litigation practice including a significant workers' compensation practice.

Over the years, the firm began to practice more in the area of workers' compensation, social security disability and personal injury. Now known as Kushinsky, Dotoli & Gans, LLC, we have made it our business to help injured men and women throughout Ocean & Monmouth County overcome the physical, financial and legal challenges they face when they need it most.
